They slide to their size in square metres, tick cockroaches, rats or anything else, and choose one treatment or a regular schedule. Your rates do the math, and they send you the request.
It works for a condo unit, a two-storey house or a small business. The floor area changes the price, and the customer can see why.
How pest control pricing per square metre works here
The price is the floor area times the rate for the main pest. Each extra pest is added at half its rate, since it’s the same visit. A minimum charge covers small units, and quarterly or monthly schedules get a discount, shown as a price per visit.
