House cleaning quote calculator for your cleaning company website
A house cleaning quote calculator gives every visitor a price before they pick up the phone. They tap in their bedrooms and bathrooms, choose the type of clean and how often, and the number updates as they go. Try it below, the way your customers would.

Start your websiteWhat is a house cleaning quote calculator?
A house cleaning quote calculator is a small form on your website that turns a home’s details into a price. The customer enters bedrooms, bathrooms, the type of clean and how often they want it. Your own rates do the math, and they see an estimate right away, then send it to you as a request.
Most cleaning calculators you’ll find online are made for owners working out what to charge. This one is different. It sits on your site and talks to your customers.
Think of it as the answer to the question you hear on every call. Someone finds you late at night, wants to know roughly what a clean costs, and can’t ring. With a calculator on the page, they get a number and leave you a request you can pick up in the morning.
How the price is worked out
The demo above runs on a simple formula that a lot of cleaners already use on paper. It starts from a base price, then adds an amount for each bedroom and each bathroom.
The type of clean multiplies that number. A deep clean costs more than a standard one, and a move in / out clean costs more again. Then the visit schedule takes a discount off.
- Base price for the visit
- Plus a set amount per bedroom
- Plus a set amount per bathroom
- Times the type of clean: standard, deep, or move in / out
- Minus a discount for weekly, every-2-week or monthly visits
Why deep cleans don’t get the regular discount
Try it. Pick “Deep clean” and then “Weekly”, and the discount disappears. That’s on purpose.
A deep clean or a move-out clean is usually a one-off job. If the calculator took 20% off it for a weekly plan, you’d be promising a price you never meant to give. So the saving only applies to standard cleans, and the note under the price tells the customer why.
We build rules like this in because they match how you really price your work.
Bedrooms and bathrooms, or square feet?
Some house cleaning quote calculators ask for square footage. Ours uses bedrooms and bathrooms, because most people know those numbers off the top of their head. Far fewer know their square footage.
If you already price by size, we can set it up that way instead. We can also add tick boxes for extras like inside the oven, inside the fridge or interior windows, each with its own price. And if you only clean in certain towns, pair it with a service area checker so people outside your area find out before they ask.
What happens when a customer asks for a quote
When they’re happy with the price, they press “Request this quote”. A short form asks for their name, phone number, address and the day that suits them.
You get an email with the home size, the type of clean, how often, and the price they saw. Each request is also saved, so a lead never gets lost in a full inbox. You call or text them back, confirm the job, and set the final price.
To be clear about what it isn’t: it doesn’t take payments or lock in a time slot on a calendar. It gets you a complete, priced request. You stay in charge of the booking.
Built into your site, with no plugin to manage
You can buy quote widgets and plugins, and some come with a monthly fee. We build the calculator straight into your site as part of the web design work, styled to match your brand and set to your own prices.
It goes on your homepage, your service pages, or both. See how it fits a full cleaning company website, or check our pricing to see what’s included.

Price is what nearly everyone asks a cleaner first. The calculator answers it on the page, so visitors don’t leave to find a site that does.
-
Sells regular cleans
The saving for weekly or every-2-week visits shows right next to each option, so customers see the reason to book a regular plan.
-
Requests you can act on
Every request arrives with the home size, the type of clean, how often and the price they saw. You can reply with a time, not a list of questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
How the house cleaning quote calculator works on your site.
How do you calculate a house cleaning quote?
Most cleaners start with a base price, add an amount per bedroom and bathroom, then charge more for deep or move-out cleans. Regular visits usually get a discount. The calculator does that math with your own rates.
Should a cleaning company show prices on its website?
We think so. Price is the first thing people want to know. An estimate on the page, with a clear note that you’ll confirm it, gives people a reason to get in touch instead of moving on to the next site.
Can I set my own prices and discounts?
Yes. We use your base price, your price per bedroom and bathroom, your deep clean and move-out rates, and your discount for each visit schedule.
Can I add extras like inside the oven or windows?
Yes. Any extra you offer can be a tick box with its own price, and it shows in the request you receive.
Is the price on the calculator final?
No, it’s an estimate. The calculator tells customers you’ll confirm the price, so a messy home or an odd layout never locks you into a bad job.
Can customers book and pay through it?
No. It sends you a priced request by email and saves it. You confirm the time and the price with the customer yourself.
